My career has always centered around helping people navigate important moments in their lives. Before entering real estate, I served as a Public Information Officer for the fire service and worked as an EMT/Emergency Dispatcher, before moving on to assist the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment and their families through two deployments. I founded a non-profit to assist military families who struggled due to their sacrifices. All these experiences strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and guide people through challenging situations.

As the granddaughter of a home builder, I grew up learning a lot about the industry. Prior to real estate, I completed appraisal education, providing a deeper understanding of property valuation and the factors that influence market value. Upon entering real estate, I was honored to achieve Rookie of the Year my first year for a busy Knoxville agency. I went on to mentor peer agents before obtaining my broker’s license, opening up my own firm and becoming the owner and managing broker of Southern Legacy Realty, LLC. When I moved to the middle Tennessee area, I closed the firm, but have always continued my passion in helping others and found myself as the primary care giver to my senior “adopted mom” who suffers from Parkinsons.

Today, I bring those experiences together through real estate, home sale consulting, and senior transition services. Whether helping a homeowner prepare for and ensure a successful sale, assisting a family exploring senior living options, or connecting clients with trusted resources, my focus remains the same: providing honest guidance, practical solutions, and personalized support every step of the way.
